Park Operating Policies, Rates and Information

Regular Rates:  

  Peak Season (May 1 - Oct 31):
         Nightly Rates:  
                 $40.00* per night (plus tax) - Electric (30/50 amp), Water & Sewer
                 $37.00* per night (plus tax) - Electric (30/50 amp), & Water (dump stations available)
         Weekly Rates:   
                 $210.00* per week (plus tax) - Electric (30/50 amp), Water & Sewer
         Monthly Rates:  
                 $600.00 * per Month (30 days) (plus tax) - Includes all utilities, wifi & use of our bathhouse & laundry facilities!!!                        Discounted monthly rates are to be paid in FULL at time of check-in and are non-refundable. 
                       Please NOTE:  a  NON- refundable deposit of $100 may, at the discretion of the owner, be required to reserve an                                 extended stay site.  This deposit will be credited to your account upon arrival, however, deposits on extended stay                               reservations are forfeited if failure of arrival occurs for any reason.

      NOTE:  All discounts will be applied upon check-in.

Cancellation Policy: Short-term stays (1-2 nights) require a 24 hour notice (Holidays and special events require 48 hr notice).  Extended stay reservations (3 nights+) are subject to non-refundable deposits (owners discretion).  This deposit will be credited to your account upon arrival, however, deposits on extended stay reservations are forfeited if failure of arrival occurs for any reason.

All sites are large pull-thru.  All rates include complimentary WIFI and access to our Bathhouse with clean restrooms, showers and laundry!  Rates listed above exclude local sales / lodging taxes.

RV Site Maxium Occupancies

RV site maximum occupancy is 6 people, including children and infants, (1) RV and (1) auto.

Rates are based upon two people per camper with a charge of $2 per night for each additional person age 13 and over, with a max of 6.

Extra auto and trailer parking availability is limited and should be reserved.  The fee is $5 per additional vehicle and / or trailer per night.  Guests should contact the office to check additional parking availability prior to making a reservation.

All RVs, autos and trailers must be parked on the assigned RV site rock pad or in the designated additional vehicle parking area.

Absolutely NO ATV’s or Semi-truck / trailers will be allowed on site.

Restrooms / Showers

Restrooms and showers will be closed for cleaning daily from 10:30-11:30am for cleaning daily.

Site Maintenance

Keep your site neat and fee of litter, including cigarette butts. There are dumpsters located around the campground for your use. We request you not leave chairs, games, bicycles, and other personal property on lawns that will impede lawn maintenance. For safety reasons, clotheslines are NOT allowed. Do NOT hang towels, clothing, linens or other articles from trees, fences, or your RV. Laundry facilities are available for both washing and drying.

Pet Policy

Pets are welcome in our RV park!  (maximum of two per camper; $2 nightly fee per pet)

•        Pets may not be kept in autos, trailers, kennels or fencing outside of an RV.  Pets may be tied outside of an RV as long as accompanied by a paying guest.
•        Pets are required to be on a short leash at all times
•        Quiet, well-behaved pets only

If your pet is excessively noisy, please do not leave them unattended.  If your pet disturbs or threatens another guest or employee of the RV Park, the pet will be asked to leave.
